Privacy
Short version: nothing you write or receive ever reaches us, because there is no channel through which it could. No analytics, no telemetry, and no way for us to read your spreadsheet.
Where your data lives
Everything Daiko produces — settings, deals, every message, attachments, logs — is stored in your Google account: the spreadsheet in your Drive, the mail in your Gmail, attachments in a Drive folder called Daiko Attachments. We cannot see any of it. There is no account to create, no login, and no server-side copy.
Where your email text goes
Your email text goes from your Google account straight to Google's AI service, using the API key you created. It does not pass through any system operated by us. Google's handling of that data is governed by the terms you accepted when you created the key.
This is structural, not a policy promise: the software has no code path that sends your message text to us.
Web search. When you build your premise, Gemini may search the web for rate guides and statutes — again through your own key and your own Google account. Those queries are generated from your country, region and industry, not from your emails.
What we never do
- No analytics, tracking pixels or usage telemetry of any kind.
- We never receive a copy of your spreadsheet, your deals or your contacts.
- There is no "phone home" channel. The software makes exactly one kind of outbound request: to Google's own API.
- We do not sell, share or publish anything about you. We have nothing to sell.
This website
daiko-agent.com is static HTML on Cloudflare Pages. No cookies, no analytics scripts, no embedded third-party trackers. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page) briefly for abuse prevention; we do not analyse them.
Payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record: they are the seller named on your card statement, and they collect and remit any VAT or sales tax due in your country. We never see your card details. We see what any seller sees — your email address, the product, the amount and the country — and use it only for licensing and support. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs their processing.
If you contact support@daiko-agent.com we keep the thread so we can help you. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
Delete everything: delete the spreadsheet and the Daiko Attachments folder. That is genuinely all of it. Optionally delete your Gemini key and revoke the script at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Access or export: it is already in your own spreadsheet — File → Download.
If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis for processing the small amount of data above is performance of the contract you bought. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, buyers are notified by email. Contact: support@daiko-agent.com
