What it costs to run
Nothing, in the normal case. Daiko calls Google Gemini with a key you create yourself, and the free tier is what it is designed for — you do not need to enable billing on your Google account.
The only ceiling is Google's own daily free allowance. If a very busy day exhausts it, Daiko pauses, keeps reading and recording incoming email, and resumes by itself the next day. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged. To see how much Daiko did today, run Daiko → Diagnostics.
Why not a percentage?
An agent takes 10–20% of the fee. A sales VA is $500+ a month. On a $3,000 shoot, one agent commission is $300–600 — three and a half to seven times the price of Daiko, for a single job. Daiko is priced as a tool you own, not as a share of your work, because it does one part of the job and you do the rest.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days if you cannot get it installed. Email support@daiko-agent.com from your purchase address and say where it failed. We would rather fix it, but we will refund without argument.
We do not refund because a negotiation you approved went a way you did not like — you approve every final agreement yourself before it is sent.
Common questions
Do I need to pay Google for the Gemini key?
No. The free tier is what Daiko is designed for, and you do not need to enable billing. If you exhaust the daily free allowance, Daiko pauses and restarts by itself the next day.
Is there a subscription, or anything to renew?
No. You pay once. Updates are included and there is nothing that expires.
Can I use it on more than one spreadsheet?
Yes. The licence is for you, not for a sheet — run it on as many copies as your own freelance work needs. Each copy uses your own Gemini key.
What happens if you disappear?
Nothing. The spreadsheet, the script and the key are all in your own Google account and call Google directly. Daiko keeps working whether or not we do.
Is there a free trial?
No, but there is a demo: after setup, Daiko can play a full two-round negotiation against your real numbers, in your sheet, with nothing emailed to anyone.
